EFMD Global Fairs by Highered, the largest virtual career fair for students and alumni, is taking place between 18-20th October. Similar to last year, where more than 12,000 students and alumni participated, the 3-day event hosted by Highered will bring together talent from the EFMD school network and connect them with employers.
As part of our continued commitment to advocating for equal rights and opportunities for all students, there will be a large number of employers emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion at the Fairs this October. In addition to all employer booths that will be featured at the EFMD Global Fairs, Highered’s collaboration with myGwork, the largest business community for LGBTQ+ students and professionals, will assemble a further 60+ companies and organizations under the myGwork pavilion during the event.
Highered and myGwork are working together to deliver LGBTQ+ inclusive opportunities for students and graduates. At the event, the myGwork pavilion will feature employers actively striving to create career opportunities and providing a safe place for underrepresented students and alumni.
The EFMD Global Fairs is hosted in a virtual environment, providing thousands of early talent direct and easy access to leading employers from multiple sectors and locations. Schools from the EFMD network can support students and alumni by taking part in the fair and helping students connect with inclusive employers, giving them the opportunity to explore and discover career opportunities that match their interests and qualifications.
