Ciao from the L’Oréal Italy Talent Acquisition Team!
Brandstorm 2024, the world’s biggest innovation competition for students and young professionals, just wrapped up in London, and WOW – what an incredible journey it’s been!
This year saw a record-breaking 135,000 students and young professionals worldwide (with 2,372 from Italy alone!) sign up to “Reinvent the Future of Professional Beauty trough Tech”.
From that incredible pool of talent, only 130 participants made it to the International Finals to represent their countries, including our amazing Italian National Winners, team MYA!
Lisa Maruko, Mattia Iovine, and Giulia Lucano impressed everyone with their ingenuity and passion throughout the competition and demonstrated the incredible talent and drive that Brandstorm cultivates. From their national win in Milan to competing against 42 other teams international teams, they did L’Oréal Italy proud!
Their journey to the international finals, armed with “Jupiter,” their innovative 3D-printing solution for hair salons, shows how Brandstorm can catapult your ideas onto a global stage.
While MYA’s Brandstorm 2024 journey may have come to an end, their adventure with L’Oréal might just be beginning.
Over 500 students in Italy benefited from Brandstorm’s empowering resources this year, including online courses, expert coaching sessions, and exclusive masterclasses – with every participant who submitted a project earning an EOCCS Certificate!
