This year, Schneider Electric China teams up with Highered in searching for the young talents and provides 8 different trainee positions to graduates. Trainee program is at the core of Schneider Electric’s talent recruitment agenda. Through the two-year trainee program, trainees are expected to receive comprehensive training and guidance and will have the opportunity to enter the next leadership project after the rotation project.
