Amber brings more than 8 years of experience from the world of global career services at top-ranked IE, where she was until most recently Executive Director of Talent & Careers, managing a team of more than 37 talent professionals who delivered services to 6,000 students and 65,000 alumni globally, increasing satisfaction on behalf of students, alumni and more than 4,000 corporate partners and organizations.
When asked about her career transition, Amber felt very positive and supported while making the change.
After an incredible run leading Talent & Careers for IE students and alumni, I was eager to have a greater impact on the world of career services on a global scale, for a significant number of top academic institutions. At the same time, through my role on the Highered Advisory Board, I have always seen myself as a true believer in the Company, whose mission naturally resonates with my vision. As a talent professional, I strongly believe that Highered will allow me to marry my passion for student placement and employability, with a unique opportunity in the market
