After an incredible run leading Talent & Careers for IE students and alumni, I was eager to have a greater impact on the world of career services on a global scale, for a significant number of top academic institutions. At the same time, through my role on the Highered Advisory Board, I have always seen myself as a true believer in the Company, whose mission naturally resonates with my vision. As a talent professional, I strongly believe that Highered will allow me to marry my passion for student placement and employability, with a unique opportunity in the market
