We are excited to welcome Ouyang Zelin to our Highered team as a Senior Advisor. He will provide key strategic advice on Highered′s expansion into Greater China.
Ouyang is a well-known key opinion leader (KOL) and is vertically connected across China’s human resources industry. He is the founder of New Hire Media and is a “knowledge partner” connecting dozens of authorities across corporates, governments and universities. Ouyang has witnessed the transformation of traditional human resources and has been actively involved in the emergence of new recruitment innovations. He has also participated in the construction of several online product ecosystems that have impacted over 100,000 human resource professionals across China.
“As a young man I was a part of the rapidly growing HR industry in China where I saw the emergence of Chinese employers searching more for internationals. At the same time as this, trends have shown an increase in the number of overseas returnees returning with ambitions to succeed in China. Highered is a platform that is dedicated to more efficiently find top talent. I see this collaboration as a joint effort to increase awareness and importantly connect candidates and employers both at home and abroad. By doing this, relationships are made that form the foundation of a brighter future”, says Ouyang.
Highered recently opened an office in Shanghai, China. The team is supported by senior advisors from China and resources from Highered’s headquarters in Norway.
