Highered participated in the UNLEASH conference – the world’s largest gathering of HR leaders on 23-24 October in Amsterdam. The event attracted more than 6,000 of the most talented business and HR people from over 100 countries. Highlights of the two-day program include Stefan Hyttfors’ presentation on the importance of trust in human relationships, Esther Perel’s sharing on workplace relationships and its influence on well-being and success, and Buddhist Monk Matthieu Ricard’s story on how altruism and compassion can contribute to happiness.
The Highered team was at Booth 108. During the two-day event, HR and Talent Acquisition leaders from world-leading companies such as Adidas, IKEA, and FedEx, dropped by our booth and had constructive conversations.
