The Digital Conference on Day 1, Tuesday, April 5th, will kick-off with Anke Strauss, Head, Talent Management at the UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM). She will discuss “The Geopolitical Impact on Talent Acquisition”, shedding light on international career opportunities with a social purpose.
We will continue the discussion on Day 2, Wednesday, April 6th, getting “Up Close and Personal – BBVA’s take on Remote Work, The Great Resignation and STEM Talent”. Join Ophélie Richard, Talent Acquisition-Discipline Head, and Cristina Gabriel, Global Head of Talent & Culture Engineering (BBVA), for an interactive conversation on the pressing topics for both talent and leading global employers, such as BBVA.
The final day, Thursday, April 7th, will wrap up with Maria Degener, Brewery Operations Director – Business Unit Central (Germany, Italy, Nordics, Middle East). Maria will inspire our audience on building a career in Supply Chain and the empowerment of women in leadership.
