The EFMD Global Fairs are online career fairs organized by Highered and EFMD Global, connecting top recruiters with ambitious early talent from high-ranking business schools and universities worldwide. Held twice a year, in April and October, these fairs offer a unique opportunity to meet, engage, and recruit high-caliber candidates in an interactive, virtual setting.

For 2025, the theme is “Finding Your What’s Next”, guiding both recruiters and candidates toward exciting new opportunities.

The Global Fairs are fully virtual, making it easy for you to connect with top talent worldwide without the hassle of travel.

There is no cost to set up a booth and participate in the fairs, but we ask all recruiters to meet a few criteria to ensure a high-quality experience for the students:

• You have an open position and are actively hiring.
• You commit to making your booth complete and engaging by providing company details, links, and branding materials.
• You commit to being online for at least 2 hours during the fair to interact with candidates (we’ll inform them of your availability).

If you’d like to host a 45-minute webinar to showcase your company and career opportunities, you can book a slot for 500€, with full support from the Highered team.
