The EFMD Global Fairs, powered by Highered, are exclusive online job fairs designed for students and graduates of Highered University Members.

These virtual events connect early-career talent with global recruiters through interactive booths and webinars. Participants can explore job and internship opportunities, engage directly with recruiters, and take the next step in their careers—all within a dynamic online environment.

For 2025, the theme is “Finding Your What’s Next”, helping both recruiters and students discover new opportunities and exciting career paths.

Companies come from various sectors, including finance, consulting, technology, consumer goods, and more. While the exact list changes each year, expect to meet recruiters from well-known global brands as well as exciting emerging companies.

Global Fair participation is included in the Highered Membership, with no limit on the number of students or alumni who can attend from your institution.

Highered University Membership costs €249 per month with a 12-month commitment, including access to two Global Fairs (April & October), analytics, and more. As a member, your students will automatically receive an invitation to participate in the Global Fairs.
